Our Refund Policy


We are optimistically experimenting with a very open refund policy:  If Opulent-Images ever fails you, we’ll refund your purchase.


The way we look at it, we have two choices: 1) pay now by giving you a refund and hopefully keep you as a happy Opulent-Images customer, or 2) pay later by losing you as a customer.

Most companies create policies that go with option 2 because they fear their customers will abuse an open refund policy.  Team Opulent-Images however has faith in its customers!  And besides, we don’t want to hurt the 99.9% of our customers that are reasonable and fair by imposing policies to control the 0.1% of people that are unreasonable and dishonest.

Now there are a few caveats of course.  Firstly, if too many people ask for refunds for frivolous reasons or for things obviously beyond Opulent-Images’s control then we will have to review our open policy and create a more restrictive policy.  Secondly, if you are that one person trying to refund purchase after purchase we will simply terminate your account and you will not be issued refunds.  You are now officially, “that guy”, who represents the 0.1% of customers most companies create their refund policies around.

We will refund you if you feel like Opulent-Images did something wrong.
