• How are photographs delivered?
  Images are delivered free via email. Dependent on image resolution media may be sent via a number of emails. Larger media files can be uploaded free to 3rd Party upload services if access is provided by the client (e.g. Drop Box).

• How are videos delivered?
  Dependent on video resolution, media may be sent via email. Larger media files can be uploaded free to 3rd Party upload services if access is provided by the client (e.g. Drop Box). For real estate, video showcases are provided via a web link to the video (banner, contact details and description included). A CD can be provided at an additional cost.

• What file types are available?
  Images are provided in JPG (JPEG) format as standard (please specify if an alternative format is required e.g. PNG, TIFF, GIF). Video showcases are provided via web link to a hosted page displaying the Quicktime video (H.264). Virtual tours are provided in QuickTime format (Flash format optional).
